clean the house today.. satisfy with the outcome - look better & sparkle!
at the end of the day, made me thinking, isnt it nice to decorate the house according to my taste?
used to see houses at KTC & Apartment Desa Pondok Indah (not furnished)..
#KTC = 2 bedroom apartment, cant really call the kitchen as kitchen because it was too small.. more to a narrow path that link living room & toilet, equipped with sink & pipe! what to expect from a hotel apartment? of course the designation was for a hotel!
#Desa Pondok Indah, 3 bedroom apartment, 1 toilet & only sink at kitchen..
& also, got to see the studio-type apartment at KTC & 2 bedroom apartment, both fully furnished..
* must admit that the furnitures & the deco contribute to the exclusive look!
right now, need all kind of furnitures/electrical appliances - bed, refrigerator, tv, washing machine (just to dry clothes during rainy days/to wash clothes when i'm sick/ after outstation / when i'm too busy), dining table ( sofa excluded because dining table is enough), cooking utensils/ anything need to cook (rice cooker, frying pan, plate/bowl/jug/tupperware, spoon/fork, mortar & pestle, board (to cut meat/fish/onions etc), knife, stove & almost endless list! & sum up all that, i'm sure it will burn my pocket money!
- now i understand how hard life could be for a married couple if just one of them work! but they are lucky because their wedding gifts could, at least accommodate some of their need.. Different case for me, if i want something, buy it on my own! the rule workshop doesnt apply here ( if you get what i mean - husband work & wife shop =)..

tutti frutti, wedding & jalan-jalan
off after night shift, settle deposit @ tanjung chat, requested my friend to fetch me at masjid tg chat & then we head to tutti frutti taman tg anis.. love the new mango sorbet flavour.. just choose a small cup since i already had slurpee & cool blog before.. finished few more jobs & went to a wedding the next day.. Lucky both of us "merempit", the roads was closed for "WALK WITH ME CARNIVAL"..
first time both of us attend a wedding together, although our friendship was for about 10 years, our circle of friends were different.. up until now, i love her Lillah because she was quite "gila-gila", cheerful & adventurous (often embark new adventure with her).. i dont judge people by their title/status, i judge them based on their sincerity, those that always with me during ups & downs, cheering me up during my dark moments - that are true friends!

being single doesnt means that you dont have life! a quick getaway with beloved friends is more than enough to make you feel that the whole world is yours!
i had an enjoyable penang trip last week with one of my bff! we went to bukit bendera, fullhouse, esplanade & then went home with ferry (her car inside) on day 1 and went gaga over Padini Authentic Sale at Queensbay Mall on day 2.. went to chowrasta to get the famous Penang pickle but the long queue made me bought just few packet of 'jeruk'..

renting a house in KB : the down side...
been busy with new house.. deposit here and there & money flow like water! the offer is too good to reject.. i'd experience much hassle looking for a house around KB, so i wont let this golden opportunity slip by..
After being kicked out of quarters, i rented few room at different locations.. the 1st house, i stayed there because the owner promise to give me a more comfortable room but she changed her mind after that. I continue to stay there because a senior Penolong Pegawai Farmasi was there, we went to work together almost everyday until she transferred back to her hometown. It was nice to live with her.. Overall, i treat the room as a place to sleep. Most of the time, i was at living hall, watching tv together with housemates. i dont even bring my notebook or any valuable items together. After she left, the owner decided to place 2 double-decker bed in my room. That's the cue to leave, even hostel students have their own single bed nowadays!
desperate, i rent a room near a school, but the condition of the house was too bad. Dont even have the feeling to boil water/drink water in that room. the ceiling & toilet - no word can describe it.. Often, there were bad smell of cat's poo outside the room or at living room (a lady that rent opposite room love cat so much till she let cats inside!).. to top it off, i discovered that behind the house, there were boys' room! translated, we share the same house, just different entrance! that's why nobody hang out cloth outside the house! Decided to move 3days after that, to a house located behind the hospital, .just 5 minutes' away from punch card! i found that house through a Penolong Pegawai Farmasi trainee. Rent a room, can say that i'm comfortable with the condition of the room but the owner, ........ (fill in the blank yourself - what you will do when the owner asked you to pay certain amount of money without showing you the bills (electric & water)??? before that, she even asked me to pay RM650 as deposit for a room.. who in their right mind will pay such amount just to rent a small room [not a master bedroom]?? i refused, then she said that she was willing to cut down the price, so we closed the deal.. )
As conclusion, most of the owners suck! hard to get good owners.. There were high demands for rooms near hospital, so they dont care much about their tenants. As long as they got their money, the rest werent their problem. Dont expect them to fix any broken things eg the pipe & so on.. talking about the cost, frankly speaking, the price of a room at KB was much higher than major cities ie KL, Penang, JB & so on.. can get a cheaper price if the location wasnt strategic (certainly not located near a hospital/centre of KB!) but need transport & must be patient to drive through lots of traffic lights before you arrive at the hospital!
For condominium and apartment, most of them ranging from RM450 ( an apartment at level 4 Desa Pondok Indah, no lift, not furnished) to RM1000 (KTC, also not furnished) or rm2000 for fully furnished condo at Pelangi Mall/ KTC but bear in mind, apartment often require 1+2 deposit, need maintenance fees & had limited parking facilities..
